Dirty Skillet

Dirty Skillet is a seasonal restaurant located in historic Hope, Alaska that serves hearty, home-cooked foods inspired by the area’s gold mining heritage. Opened in 2019, the restaurant is housed on-site at Hope Alaska’s Bear Creek Lodge and features a rustic ambiance with a wood-burning cook stove and views overlooking Bear Creek Pond. The business operates seasonally from early summer through September and has been recognized as the “Best Small Town Restaurant” in Alaska by Tasting Table.
