Wild Scoops
About
Wild Scoops is a microcreamery in Anchorage, Alaska that handcrafts small batches of inventive ice cream using locally sourced Alaskan ingredients. Founded by Elissa Brown and Chris Pike in 2015, the company began selling from a farmers market chest freezer before opening its first brick-and-mortar scoop shop in downtown Anchorage in 2017, followed by a midtown location in 2019. Wild Scoops operates multiple locations and pop-up events throughout the year, partnering with local farmers and vendors to create unique seasonal flavors inspired by Alaska’s mountains, forests, and seas.
