Guncles Gluten Free is the only dedicated gluten-free bakery in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama, specializing in artisan baked goods including cinnamon rolls, cakes, friands, and various bread items. The bakery was founded by John Edward McGee and Demetrius James, who began their baking careers at a young age assisting their mothers and grandmothers.
