The Veggie

The Veggie is Madison’s locally-owned vegan restaurant serving 100% plant-based meals inspired by familiar and southern cuisine. Founded by Chef Adyre Mason, the restaurant opened its first location at Lowe Mill in 2021 after three years operating as a meal prep delivery service and pop-up shop, and expanded to a new Madison location at 7504 US-72 W. The restaurant has earned recognition including featured appearances on the Food Network and designation as a 2025 Madison Best Minority Business, while remaining committed to providing accessible, healthy dining options for the community.
